How to enroll for an additional Managed PKI Administrator ID?

Note:  For Managed PKI for SSL customers, refer to SO6605

  1. Go to
  2. Under Managed PKI, click Purchase additional Administrator IDs
  3. Complete the enrollment form
    Note:  The Organization Name and Organizational Unit Name must match the information for your existing account
  4. Click Accept
Within two to three business days, the requestor will receive an approval e-mail with instructions.  Once the administrator id has been download, contact the primary administrator or Enterprise customer support (800-519-2848 / 650-426-3535 option 1,1) to assign appropriate privileges
