How to determine your version of the Managed PKI site kit

For locally hosted customers, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the locally-hosted enrollment pages for your Digital ID Center.
    Note:  The URL for your Digital ID Center was set during Managed PKI installation.  If you do not know your Digital ID Center URL, contact the server administrator for your Managed PKI installation server.
  2. Select Help in the upper left hand corner.
  3. On the Help page, select the FAQ from the top row.
  4. Click on the link that states, " What version of Managed PKI is this web site running?"

For remote hosted customers, the enrollment pages are hosted on Symantec servers. Open a support case at using your MySymantec account to request the version.
